Returns
Furniture:
- All furniture sales are final. Due to the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the furniture has been delivered or picked up.
- Please inspect all furniture upon delivery or pickup. If an item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of receipt to arrange for a replacement or repair.
- All furniture orders require a 50% deposit at the time of order, plus applicable shipping, handling and delivery costs. The remaining 50% will be due upon delivery.
Non-Furniture Items:
- Non-furniture items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Personalized, custom, special order, or clearance items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gift Registry Items:
- Items purchased from a gift registry may be returned for store credit within 30 days of the event listed in the registry at time of registration.
- Store Credit expires Ione year from the date of issuance.
Gift Cards:
- Gift cards are available for purchase and do not expire.
Additional Notes:
- Eligible returns will be refunded back to the original payment method.
- Store credit issued for returns expires one year from the date of issuance.
